Is there free parking?

The Theatre has plenty of free parking in front and behind the venue.

Where is The Theatre located?

We are conveniently located at 505 Keystone Avenue in Reno, right alongside the I-80 freeway. Click here for map.

Is there food and alcohol?

We have a great variety of snacks and drinks at The Theatre concession stand.
We don’t have a full bar, however there is a nice help-yourself adult beverage area for suggested donations.

What’s your Refund Policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, however we understand things come up! Please reply to your original confirmation with the new date, or contact the Box Office at 775.234.2112 if you need to reschedule.

• All rescheduled tickets will default to general seating.

• Minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule tickets

Are there discounts for tickets for groups?

Please contact the Box Office for group rates (20 or more tickets). 775.234.2112

Where do I get my tickets?

Show tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at the box office. Confirmation email on your phone, or proper identification will be required at the box office will call. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime.

What time should I arrive by?

Our lobby and box office opens at 7pm
Seating begins at 7:30pm
Showtime is 8:00 p.m.

What are seating & pricing* options?

GENERAL SEATING: $45
Pick your own seat, first come first serve.

FRONT ROW & RESERVED SEATING: $65
Guaranteed reserved seating.

BLACK BOX SEATING: $80
These premium seats are at the top of the seating area with an amazing view of the entire production. Includes a tour & private meet & greet with the cast after the show, and complimentary concession stand item.

VIP PLATFORMS: $200
We have four VIP platforms that accommodate 2 guests each. Our VIP platforms include a tour & private meet & greet with the cast after the show, and a complimentary bottle or concesion stand items. Live it up, go VIP!

ADA / Handicap seating info:

We are all set up for handicap seating. We have many options. Wheelchair seating is level with the front doors, or if you just need a little extra time getting seated then please arrive by 7:15pm and you will be escorted in the theatre early. If you have any special needs, please call the box office at 775.234.2112

Is the show family friendly?

Magique is for all ages. However, the special effects can be startling for young children and we highly recommend only ages 6+

How long is the show?

Our show runs 90 minutes including a short intermission.

What’s the dress code?

The Theatre is a five-star venue and our guests usually take a lot of photos once inside. Come as you are, however nice evening attire is suggested.
